1. Justice Department Joins xAI Suit to Invalidate Colorado AI Anti-Discrimination Law Tier 1
The DOJ has intervened in xAI’s constitutional challenge to Colorado SB 24-205, marking the first time the federal government has moved to strike down a state AI law.
